I won't even waste time contacting warranty repairs because.

This is my SECOND. Wind wrecked my first car after calling for 6 months to say this warranty does not cover wind damage. Interesting but okay. I moved my caravan to a new location to protect it from the wind as much as possible, but it can still get windy as I live in the desert. I followed all directions, covered all sharp edges with styrofoam and tightened all straps as instructed. I left it for about a month and went to check it out. In 3 areas that were already showing signs of wear I used a series of patches to try to avoid full holes in the lid. Some areas around the awning arm (smooth there) have started to show signs of wear. Back today from a long Father's Day weekend, there are 3 NEW holes in the corners. I won't even waste my time requesting a warranty repair as I'm sure they will have another wonderful excuse why my insurance isn't covered this time. For over $400 for a cap, I'd like to get at least a few years out of a cap with a 4 year warranty. Do not recommend, do not buy, do not worry about warranty claims. BUT: If the manufacturer really wants to redeem the guarantee on the PROPERLY INSTALLED cover, I'll be happy to correct my comment.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Everything great
