I have never seen such pure junk in the USB port of any kind. Not only is there absolutely no digital or electrical connection in their connection, but they fall off the phone rather than snap into place. I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 flagship mobile device that requires a USB-C port for charging and data transfer. Thankfully, the phone comes with a quality adapter that snaps in and works great. Those crappy ports don't do either. It was a waste of time. I can't believe all the positive reviews - did they pay for fake reviews? Rather not, but a faulty batch left the factory without proper quality control. Or it's also possible that corners were cut and the product made cheaper to improve the bottom line. Hard to say. Update: Interestingly, the seller responded and labeled my review as "ambiguous" after I emailed them a very detailed complaint explaining what the issues are with the junk they present as a quality product on Revain . But I will include criticism in my review and correct any "ambiguity" immediately. The adapter came so sloppy it fell off the phone. 3) Samsung supplied a good adapter with a phone that connected with a solid and audible click - the JSAUX adapter did NOT fit. 4) The Samsung adapter worked perfectly, both physically (clicking when plugged in) and electronically (both providing fast charge voltage and data). The JSAUX adapter did neither. inserted into the phone THERE IS NO ELECTRONIC/ELECTRICAL COMMUNICATION. There! Is that clear enough for you? I hope so - if not, let me sum it up in 5 short words: You sell useless junk!
