Unstable even when paired with the exact same manufacturer RAM. It looks like RAM manufacturers are cheating if they don't advertise that whether their product works as advertised is entirely random. If advertised as 1600, it should be 1600, not 1334. There are laws of truth in advertising. Excuses that the product must have the same part number AND the "version number" after purchase based on misleading labels and advertising are scams, regardless of what the industry or technology claims.
