Nice fabric, thoughtful stitching. Each layer has a thin synthetic cord strategically sewn into the hem to create a "natural" ruffled look. With proper lighting (especially in sunlight) it has a beautiful sheen. I mostly use it as a petticoat and then occasionally add it to a classic petticoat for a very COMPLETE look while still looking curled and fluffy. I complained about the $29 shipping cost (advertising free shipping), they gave me a $10 refund to make up for the ridiculous shipping cost, then I received a notification the other day to upgrade my rating (which I already did have), so now I'm updating the review to show the additional dissatisfaction I'm dealing with with this unprofessional company.
