Review on HTVRONT Blue Permanent Vinyl by Kim Sanchez

Wanted to give this vinyl a glowing review. It cuts out small drawings perfectly and doesn't spoil the vinyl. The wedding went smoothly and quickly. However, it doesn't do what it's supposed to: It sticks to the surface. After applying the transfer paper and sticking it on a flat surface, press down with a scraper. nothing stuck. What should have taken me a few minutes ended up taking more than 30 minutes because I had to work hard to get the vinyl to stick. Once glued it's fine, but it should stick much easier and work with the transfer tape because doing it piece by piece is ridiculous.
