*Update* I contacted the company that makes this product and they are so supportive of their product that they sent me a new faucet! They only recommended cleaning it. with warm water and without chemicals. So not sure how this is going to work, but I love a company that stands behind their product and has great customer service! So I have to upgrade it to a 3 star rating. I loved the look of the faucet but in my opinion the cons outweigh the pros and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The pull-out drain broke in the first week. The water jet is very loud. Worst of all, the matte black finish wears off more and more every week. We've had it for 9 months and it looks horrible and I'm already having to buy a new one. Very disappointing. Too bad I can't return it to the company.
