Burns scalp and skin, still burns 😭

I bought it back on November 28, 2020 but I've only just started trying it, that's June 17, 2021. I'm me not sure if there is an expiration date as it doesn't show up or there is no label to say so, once i opened it it stunk quite badly but i don't know if it was normal or not but i decided to use it anyway but after applying it to the scalp I felt a burn, I thought maybe that was it but as I continued to apply and brush the burns got worse so I had to cleanse my scalp and skin quickly wash behind the ears. it hurts when washed off, it reaches the neck and shoulders, then everything burns. At this point I was trying not to cry or scream but was just in a hurry, trying to wash it all off and using shampoo and shower gel to hopefully get rid of the burned feeling. It still hurts after multiple flushes. I was able to rinse off properly but the burn is still on the scalp, behind the ears, neck, shoulders and parts of the face. I have a high pain tolerance and at the moment I can take it, while the next day I'll buy a soothing/soothing burn cream from the pharmacy as it's getting late. first before you go all out. If it catches fire with that tiny piece, stop using it. Prepare a makeup remover just in case. I'm sure this works for others, but unfortunately not for me, so I'll look elsewhere.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
