Review on 🪞 Motorized Shutter Compatible with MOES Curtain by Edward Freeland

This is an amazing product considering the price. I've installed 6, a combination of two and three Switch models, and have had no installation issues. I had to do some rewiring, including adding a neutral wire to some junction boxes and some selective rewiring as I wanted to be able to turn the ceiling lights and ceiling fans on and off independently. WiFi network (both 2.4 and 5.8) with the same SSID and I had absolutely no problem registering it in the Smart Life app even though my key has both spaces and special characters. The Alexa integration was just as easy. I ordered and installed 4 more to have all my wall switch controlled lights on them. The 4 newest are either a newer or an older version as they have copper terminal screws. Be careful when tightening as the screw head comes off very easily. I had an issue with one of the 3 switch models, the middle (L2) switch seemed to work properly but was not putting out any power. I contacted the seller and received a response within 5 minutes after 10pm local time. I was impressed with the prompt response. I was asked on the premise if you connected it correctly and I can't fault you for that as I'm sure a lot of issues with it stem from the wrong connection. They immediately agreed to replace the item and did so with no additional effort on my part. This is a solid 4 star product but the quality customer support raises it to 5 stars in my opinion.
