I've been using this docking station for several months and I highly recommend it. I have connected 2 monitors (1 HDMI and 1 DVI), Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, external Bluetooth backup drive and speakers. Never had any issues with the performance or functionality of the device. There are additional ports for more devices - more than I need. I use it with a laptop running Windows 8. I particularly like that it's versatile. I can switch laptops and still use the same dock unlike others that work fine but with a specific computer. It's worth the price for all the features and hassle-free setup. There are only two things I would change if it were possible: lengthen the USB cable that connects to the laptop (it's less than 3 feet long) and the speaker connections on the back of the unit instead of the front make to enable wiring. do not bother. t as uncomfortable for the speakers.
