Disappointed with the purchase, useless products.

The conclusion is that I do not recommend Steel Series products to anyone for purchase due to the fact that the quality of the goods is very low, and the price tags are unreasonably high. Tech support is hard to find, like Bigfoot. Maybe it's there somewhere, but I haven't seen it. In the future, I plan to purchase and test the Razer Deathadder elite and Logitech G Pro Hero Black, although I understand perfectly well that the quality can be similar to the Steel Series.

Pros
  • They gave it to me on January 1, 2022. Installed the official software and started using it. For me personally, the x7 747h mouse seemed much more convenient in terms of ergonomics. As for the operation of the sensor, so far I have not had any questions, it reacts exactly.
Cons
  • Of the shortcomings - in shooters, the left button stuck about six times and the character shot without interruption for about ten seconds after there was no more pressing, attracting the attention of enemies in the game. Then I encountered such an important, in my opinion, problem as peeling off all the side rubber inserts after 5 months of normal, non-intensive use, which is strange for a gaming mouse of this segment and brand. I had to glue it myself and cut off the excess with a blade at the joints, so as not to cling to my fingers during the game. After five months, an expensive premium device looks untidy, as the rubber bands wear out very quickly. They became tactilely unpleasant, and the mouse began to periodically slip out of the hands. I did not find official support in our country. There is no hotline phone, only the FB group is allegedly official or write a letter in English on the official website. In the official FB group, where they refused to replace me, they only wrote to contact the store, but I don’t have a receipt for it, since it was a New Year’s gift from my brother. The usual unsubscribe, instead of smoothing out an unpleasant situation, to pick up a low-quality product from the client and replace it with a new one (I have the box and serial number).
