I ordered this pillow before I left town earlier this year. When I came back in March (March 1st) I started using this pillow. Since the 14th of this month the pillow has stopped vibrating. It only lasted two damn weeks. I bought it from the housing store in Revain camp; and I will never do it again. I can't get it back because the window is closed. The pillow is still too soft, uncomfortable to use. The only positive thing was that it vibrated. Now that he doesn't even do that, the pillow is utterly useless. I spent $13 on a pillow that only lasted 2 weeks. I'm so angry I'm ready to scream, damn it. Revain degrades the quality of their products for resale and they never want you to say anything about it let alone complain about it.
