I was skeptical at first because I thought this would take forever and cost a fortune but now that I have started working with it, I am totally amazed. This software has changed our entire workflow and has increased productivity drastically. I cannot recommend it enough. It's very intuitive, and we use it for both internal communication as well as customer feedback. The customer response is really quick. It's a must try! One thing I like most about wonder flow is its simplicity; you don't even think twice before posting your message or question. They are all there ready-to-use and they work without any problems whatsoever. I find them helpful when communicating with clients (customer feedback) since some users tend to complain more than others..so having an instant way to answer them makes everything much easier. Also, if someone asks something specific, he will get an immediate reply from a person who actually knows how to fix his problem. In my case, sometimes I got confused when dealing with "support" emails regarding questions which were answered many times already. Not anymore thanks to wonder flow!
