I ordered this product hoping that I could finally use a machine that would thoroughly clean my face along with an exfoliating facial cleanser. When I first ordered this product after about a month of use, it stopped working even though I charged it regularly. So I contacted the seller and had to reorder this item and buy it again. I was not offered a free replacement although it is not my fault that this product has stopped working. So I spent the money and bought this product again BUT the next one that came stopped working over a month ago so it only worked for about 3-4 months before it stopped working as well. I contacted the seller, there is no answer for more than a month. This facial cleansing brush isn't bad, but imperfection and unscrupulous/unreliable customer service are the reasons I'm giving it three stars.
