Facial Cleansing Brush Review

I find it very rough on my face (and at low speed). When I finished, my face became sensitive to touch. I'm not sure if it's normal the first time you use these brushes. Maybe it's bristles. I'm not sure. TO-

You must provide instructions on how to remove the brushes.

No instructions for removing attachments! I ended up just pulling out the brush that came with the kit and a small piece of plastic broke off. The brush still works perfectly, but I don't know if the piece that broke off is an integral part of continuing to use the brush.

Poor and unreliable customer service

I ordered this product hoping that I could finally use a machine that would thoroughly clean my face along with an exfoliating facial cleanser. When I first ordered this product after about a month of use, it stopped working even though I charged it regularly. So I contacted the seller and had to reorder this item and buy it again. I was not offered a free replacement although it is not my fault that this product has stopped working. So I spent the money and bought this product again BUT theโ€ฆ

Ideal, compact, rechargeable rotating brush. Great customer service team!

This is an ideal product, especially for travellers. It's small but efficient with different heads. It's also rechargeable, which was a must for me. It really removes all the dead skin and exfoliates so well. And their customer service is outstanding! Thanks Zico for the help! I love this spinning brush!
