The platform is very intuitive so it's easy enough even if I am not tech savvy at all (which means i'm pretty much non existent). They also have great customer support which makes me feel like they're always there when needed - something that other platforms sometimes lack in my experience- but this could be because of how small their team can get before we start talking about more than 1 person being offline/busy etc.. Great community management tool overall though as well since its quite user friendly once set up correctly.- Scheduling campaigns / making sure people know what day certain events will occur & getting them excited by showing off some awesome stuff beforehand e tc.
