Review on Prepworks by Progressive International 6-Piece ProKeeper Clear Storage Container Set, Assorted Varieties by Christina Potter

I thought this canister set would be great for what I need... But... After washing the brown sugar pods and soaking the clay disc in water as directed, I attempted to refit it into the lid. where it belongs for storage, and one of the little pins holding it in place immediately broke off and flew across the room! I called Progressive International, the representative was supposed to call me back, it didn't work. Called 2 days later and the receptionist said try email which I did and the next day I got a call from a girl to say I really don't have a problem as storage doesn't really is needed as you can put a clay disc in the brown sugar itself. It may be all well and good but why is it there and when I'm paying that much money for an item I don't expect it to break before I even do put brown sugar in it! They didn't want to compensate me in any way which I felt was unfair and my only other option was to return which of course caused me problems and it doesn't look like Progressive International was the last thing to do! Your customer service certainly leaves a lot to be desired!
