The best thing about this software is that it can be used as both an IP camera monitoring solution or for VMS (Video Management System). It has many features, such as motion detection with alerts being sent to your phone when there's activity; great customer service support from their staff who are always willing help you out if needed! I would like more customization options in terms of layout design which could have been better designed by professional designers rather than amateurs but overall very good product at its price point - considering how easy they make installing cameras too- makes me feel confident using them without having my PC skills up front so i don't worry while doing installations etc.- Easy access control via mobile app/website / web interface also helps reduce human error especially during peak hours where people forget passwords & security codes making things complicated.
