It's unsweetened and I take it for a doctor's diet. I'm almost done with my first batch (my iPhone almost said "firstborn" - like "wow, calm down"), I'm satisfied and I'm not hungry. It's really good for people with digestive problems. Pea protein is very easily broken down in the gastrointestinal tract and has good nutritional properties. Health projects can really help make it more soluble. It just doesn't integrate into my smoothie as expected. It's a bit gritty in texture and I use just under 1/2 scoop. πNext time I will order vanilla to taste it. Vegas vanilla paired well but was overtly sweet if you want to try something different. However, if you can handle the texture, this is a good choice.
