It's day and I've already hung it on our Christmas tree. I think this is an absolutely beautiful treetop and I love the swirl design and the simple and effective lighting (no flicker). It's definitely a warm bulb shade. There is no bright white LED lighting. Extra bulbs are included and easily disassembled should you need to replace one of those bulbs. I have a tree that is 6ft tall, very tall and skinny so I put it up and hooked it up to the existing lighting and it just adds to the beauty. For example, if you have an 8 foot tree or a very wide tree, I would definitely recommend a slightly larger tree.
