The hose came with some kind of plastic quick connector. However, this was not the case with my truck. After removing the old rubber hose from the plastic pump line, it became clear that all I needed to do was slip a new hose onto this fitting. So I simply pulled the plastic sleeve off the new hose (it could have been cut off) and put the bare hose on the fitting - done! Resolution 10 seconds. I just broke an injector. When the defective nozzle was removed, however, it tore due to age and broke immediately. So be sure to swap both. The length of the hoses and mounting clamps fit perfectly. Completes replacement work in 2 minutes. Serious.
