The pump is so annoying!
Charlie's soap is great and cleans my clothes really well no matter how dirty they are. However, the pump is DRY. I tried two hoping my first one broke and soap dripped onto my shelf and floor and even seeped through the towel and ruined part of my wooden table. It's a small amount of soap, but enough to make the surface around it sticky and sticky. I bought the pump for convenience, so I'll look into a brand like Charlie's that has a pump that works well. Miserable!
