I love that fast flow. I removed the standard bite valve that came with my reservoir and added this one in its place. It was perfect for letting multiple people drink from the same bladder during my trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. My son, daughter, wife and I used it on the 12 mile hike to Sky Pond. It worked great to refill their bottles. It's also handy to splash on your head to cool off. I've read some reviews complaining about the small amount of water you get from the squeeze bulb and the time it takes to fill the squeeze bulb, but those things weren't an issue for me. The bottle fills up in 3-5 seconds and then releases a sip of water. You should be able to refill a 16 ounce bottle of water in about 1 minute. Overall a great product. Definitely recommend!
