10/23/21 I withdraw my previous rating. I can't get it to stick to the top of my RV. I really tried because it would be great to have it. Don't buy until Camco fixes this! Before: As others have posted, it doesn't seem to stick to kitchen countertop surfaces. Nevertheless, the idea is great. Another user removed the middle plastic pad on the bottom (unscrew the suction cup and then remove this part). At first it seemed sticky. I'll have to see if it sticks while driving. -> see above. Fail
