This is not my first Sunbeam product. I had a large foot pad that worked for years. it died Bought this little pillow for half the bed and it worked. The controller didn't light up though so you couldn't see where it was installed at night, not broken just a cheap model. After 10 days it shut down and the controller flashed dead immediately. Left Sunbean an email with instructions on how to return and still waiting. And while I'm in the creek. They don't last as long as they used to. I'll try a US made model from another source.
