I'm fed up with the fact that some smart Wi-Fi products work and others don't. I'd rather pay more and have my item actually work and connect to my Wi-Fi rather than going through hoops just because 2.4GHz chips are cheaper to use than 5GHz chips. It may have been a great product but after 4 tries and still not connected it is absolutely useless to me.
