The customer service is amazing and they are always quick to respond. They are also very helpful when it comes to setting up the software. I honestly have no complaints about this product. It is a great marketing tool for any company. I highly recommend this product. We are solving the problem of ensuring accurate data is being collected and stored when collecting data. We are also able to send out reminders and alerts when there are updates. i like that we have been able to see our data in real time. It makes managing so much easier when there is an issue or something needs attention. I dislike nothing at the moment! Keep up the great work! i would love for them to add even more features but they listen to their customers and make changes accordingly. Having access to my business' finances has made management issues so easy to resolve.
