Very easy to assemble, my 4 year old can handle it.
A little larger than I expected but great for living room, bedroom, hotel, etc. Very quick and easy to assemble and disassemble, doesn't take up much space. I'm not sure about the pillow though. It looks like 5 small pieces of wood under each pad section. It's not very comfortable to sleep on, so I'll probably buy a mattress for it. The baby just plays in it at first, but in the end I wanted her sleep to move from the cradle to the backpack and play. She climbs out of the cradle, which is why I took a backpack and played, and we have a very limited living space.
