Review on ZENTHACE by Ashwin Worlds

I recently purchased a jacket from ZENTHACE's online store, and I must admit that I was dissatisfied with the choices and quality. They claimed to keep me warm and fashionable, but the jacket I received was light and thin, offering very little warmth throughout the cooler months. The design did not resemble the pictures on their website, and the general quality of the building was subpar. Additionally, there is a very little assortment of jackets and coats. They only have a few styles to choose from, and none of them seem to be in line with the most recent fashion trends. It's unfortunate that a company that markets itself as being all about keeping you fashionable during the colder months falls so far short in terms of what they have to offer. Even worse, ZENTHACE's customer service is unresponsive and useless. I tried to return the jacket for a refund, but their customer care department never got back to me. Spending my hard-earned money on a product that was so subpar and not getting any assistance in fixing the problem is irritating. Overall, based on my experience, I am unable to endorse ZENTHACE's online store. When looking for jackets and coats, you should steer clear of this company due to the poor quality of their offerings, their small range, and their bad customer service.
