Update after 1 month of use: Rating changed to 1 star as I noticed that after use, the monitor turns off every time the power cord is unplugged. I move my mouse around my (well, a little flimsy) desk, which causes the power cord to wobble a bit where it's laying. I've tried using strategic tape to better secure it to the ports, but that's really not worth your concern. I bought this monitor to work with my MacBook Pro and it works well enough, but it's not very good. Colors are not accurate and there is a noticeable difference between my laptop and the monitor even after calibration. When I first started using it, the display was very dim, I could barely read my messages in dark mode, and it also seemed dimmer with an (ominous) ramp up. When it's lightened, it's easier to read, but there are also more color issues. The stand is short and not adjustable vertically, only tiltable. It barely reaches the eye level of a 5ft 6in man. The text on the screen looks grainy and not very high quality. Does it do the main job? Yes Would I buy again? Now I recommend to other office workers who want to use (text) tasks mainly for work? also noSkip and try another one.
