There's no arguing about 18/10 stainless steel!
I love this large skillet with lots of potatoes, chicken or turkey chunks to cook on Thanksgiving. I already had a smaller version of this and liked it, but I wanted a bigger one. This is the only brand that says directly on each pan that it is made of 18/10 stainless steel. Whilst the price is much lower compared to other big brands of similar size (AllClad, Cuisinart etc) this brand is MUCH better quality, made from this grade of stainless steel which is the best grade for home use in terms of rust resistance. .
