Do not buy this tray! In just 2 months and 3 uses at 350 degrees, the tray warped so much that it was unusable war (just right for holiday baking) AMAZON does not allow returns after 30 days even though the product is sold with a lifetime guarantee.

This pan was perfect for my 22 lb turkey (lots of room). I used a tanning bag and even thought some of the juice had seeped into the pan, it was easy to clean up. I think having the turkey on the rack helped with air circulation and the turkey couldn't have been juicier or more tender. I'm so happy with the pan; We recommend.

I've been looking for a little fire pit like this for a long time. This is the perfect size for roasting a whole chicken, pork tenderloin, or chicken. It's just the right size. It's incredibly durable and the handles make it easy to take it out of the oven. It's stainless steel and I usually have to clean it with Bar Keepers Friend after each use, but it's worth it. I love this pan!

Value for money but acceptable. This is an extremely thin metal! Basically anything you want to sear, expect to warp this pan. Although it returns to its original shape as it cools, if it contains liquid when it suddenly deforms, it will splatter all over the inside of your oven. Cooks Standard sells thick stainless steel fryers that don't warp at all for a lower price than these. These fryers are the only Tramontina product I've ever had problems with.
