I love the Tramontina stainless steel frying pan. I bought this pan to roast a large turkey for Christmas dinner. I ended up laying 2 twelve pound birds aside. The Tramontina pan is large, heavy and durable. I wanted stainless steel grills (not teflon) to grill meat. Both frames are durable and easy to clean. The pan is well balanced and the handles are positioned to safely lift over 20 pounds. Turkeys from the oven. I also wanted a large skillet for roasting vegetables. This pan has a heavy bottom and distributes the heat well, so all the vegetables are cooked to perfection. I couldn't be happier.
