Ordered just in time for Thanksgiving and a 21 pound bird. The poultry cook was excellent with no problems that I could attribute to the skillet. The stand was very strong and didn't give way at all under the weight of the turkey. This made it easy and safe to move the bird. I have a large oven, but I could see how small ovens can have sizing issues in terms of width and depth. Cleaning was a breeze. Despite the solid amount of burnt merchandise on the bottom, it was quickly washed with warm water and soap, like new. The last roaster I had was a non-stick Kitchen Aid. This lasted about 5 years before the non-stick coating flaked off into drips (spoiled would make a great sauce). There are no such problems with this pan. This might be the last roaster I buy. Is always.
