This is my second Kurgo hammock in the last 5 years. They are VERY durable and easy to clean. I've tried a cheaper brand in the past and it just didn't hold up for my 75 lb golden retriever and 26 lb rescue pup. Kurgo's cloth withstands their claws and captures their insane amount of fur. It is easy to adjust and stays in place very well. The only reason I still don't have my first Kurgo hammock is because my little dog vomited up some INCREDIBLY disgusting food he ate off the floor at the park and I refused to clean him! The cheaper brand I bought next immediately broke the zipper down the middle. I haven't had any issues with zippers or headrest clips on my Kurgos. It's definitely worth the money. I drive a Subaru Forester and it fits perfectly in my back seat. Keep in mind that it doesn't protect your side doors. So if your pups like to stand up and look out the windows, you might want to consider adding some extra protection. I also hike with my family every weekend and it's so easy to convert that there's still room for dogs and room for a passenger in the back seat to sit comfortably and use my seatbelt (it keeps human wandering debris out too). seats!).
