Not as advertised in Dogs

This is a sturdy collar but it doesn't have 'Rebel Pilot' printed on it as the picture shows which is the main reason I ordered it. Also the wrong length. It advertised a max length of 16 inches for the size I ordered and it's a good 3 inches shorter so I think the description was written by a typical fisherman need to add a few inches for drama.
