However, at this point I'm still fluctuating between 0.5 and 0.8 amps in output even after draining the batteries to 50% as advertised (well they asked me to drain to 25% but my instructions on Working with batteries warn about this, so I went to 25%). .I will continue to update this review over time and hope the issue gets resolved. First Feedback: I contacted the company today about an issue with my panels so I hope the panel issues will go away within a week. be resolved. But here's my brief history: I installed it two weeks ago and while I don't check it daily, every time I've checked the output (as shown on the included controller) it has never been more than 0.8 amps . It seems they should hit 16 amps in bright sunlight with 200 watt panels. While I never expected to hit full amps, I expected at least 10 amps in full sunlight! The output power was so low that both of my batteries were drained by 25% in two weeks while I was still only powering the smoke detector and backlight on the built in radio in my RV. I'm not sure if the issue is with the panels or the controller, but I'll update this review once customer service can help me resolve this issue. Aside from the very poor performance, the panels appear to be well made and all the included hardware is either stainless steel or aluminium. I was very impressed with the overall quality of the product, as well as its packaging and delivery. My technical support rating is based on the documentation provided. It was easy to read and follow the instructions.
