I've struggled to find headphones that fit because in-ear headphones tend to hurt my small ears. This winter hat is good because the speakers shouldn't get in your ears. The hat is warm and comfortable. The speakers don't sit right in my ears, they're a bit further away from them, but that doesn't matter as I can still hear the music just fine. I had a little trouble putting the speakers back in after taking them out. to wash the cap so I would suggest being a little more careful than when you first took it out! I have not used this cap for phone calls so cannot comment on its use for that.
