OT can customize it to my needs.
My therapist said this was perfect for my needs: brace for some exercise, metal bar adjusts if needed, sleep with it to rest wrist. Only wear it for resistance exercises that require my wrist to be held straight with a slight curve so I can build enough strength to do it on my own.
