The ease of use, ability to upload my own data or import CSV files from other software.5maps also has great support if you need it - quick turnaround between question/resolvement! Also there's some free versions too which makes this very useful for small businesses with limited resources without having to purchase expensive licenses in order to have access to all features (ie customer-facing). If I was looking into doing something specific ecommerce related like tracking shipping times etc then maybe not so much as most can do basic maps fairly easily themselves. Just being able to visualise locations would be helpful eg restaurants near your office vs shops around where you work; show me what kind of offers customers are getting closest to their nearest branch / store location. I like how it allows me to map my entire data warehouse with all of our databases in one place. There are some things about this software we'd want to see improved, but overall it's been great for us! It provides an easy way to visualize what needs to be done from analysis through reporting. We use 5Maps as part of our ETL process at work so that we can get reports out faster than waiting weeks or months for other tools to do their thing.
