Great tool when working within SQL Server environments

The ease of use, ability to upload my own data or import CSV files from other software.5maps also has great support if you need it - quick turnaround between question/resolvement! Also there's some free versions too which makes this very useful for small businesses with limited resources without having to purchase expensive licenses in order to have access to all features (ie customer-facing). If I was looking into doing something specific ecommerce related like tracking shipping times etc then

Pros
  • Customer service is fast & professional.
  • Has multiple ways users could connect database sources such excel sheets directly via csv file uploaded straight onto dashboard instead needing complicated setup instructions before starting mapping task manually using toolbox feature within GUI window
