I over-worked myself putting in 50-60+ hours a week doing manual labor type of work and ended up with fluid built up in my knees. I had one of those Velcro strapping knee supports, worst experience I’ve had. It always slid down a bit and the opening in the back of the knee kept pinching and cutting of circulation making it extremely uncomfortable. I had pain in the back of knee for up to a week. After switching over to Neenca knee compression support, it was like night and day. Best support and mobility I got during rehab and use it when ever I need it.
