I noticed that the water gets cloudy after boiling. Before you think these are air bubbles, they aren't. I allowed the water to cool and noticed a milky residue at the bottom of my clear glass container after settling. I called support and they sent me another filter. After installing a new filter, the result is the same. I called tech support and they said they knew about it. And that it is actually essential minerals that are ADDED to the water by the system and it is safe. Well, I don't want anything added to my water through the filtration system. That's why I bought a filter system to filter, not ADD.
