Broken after 3 months of use

Bought this in April before I had a kitten. I received my kitten in mid-May and started using it. Stopped working after 3 months. I tried to contact the seller, where and who can I contact for a repair, and if not, can I return the goods. Still waiting for an answer in 2 weeks. It wasn't a cheap buy. now I shovel and take out the garbage every day and spend $500 on a car that should make my life easier. Maybe I should have gotten another one.

Pros

Smart Gravity Sensor. There are four high-precision sensors on the bottom, which can detect 0.001kg to ensure the cat has its bowel movement before it starts scooping. Cats weighing less than 2 kg are difficult to spot. But the equipment is cleaned extra four times a day and the kittens can use it too
