Review on Logitech Combo Touch IPad Air (4Th Gen - 2020) Keyboard Case - Detachable Backlit Keyboard With Kickstand by Jose Morrison

Ignore people who talk about the tactile feel of the keys, these are features that rock the Apple keyboard.

Had to take a minute to post this after getting mine. Apple makes a nice keyboard in Magic Keyboard, but it's very limited. It doesn't have iPad protection, if you want to use it as a tablet you have to rip it off the stand and then it doesn't have a case. It's also $350, which is ridiculous. It's also limited to the angle at which you can use it. Heck, the Apple keyboard doesn't even have function keys. Only buy a Magic Keyboard if you intend to leave it at home on your desktop. When you do this, just plug in your iPad and use a real keyboard. After the magic keyboard let me down, I tried Smart Folio. Better, but the keyboard just dangles and you only have two positions. At least it folds up for use as a TABLET, which is its main purpose over a laptop. But there are no backlit buttons and no trackpad. Ready. You finally have the king of Logitech, any position you want, great buttons and a backlit trackpad. It sits in an unlimited number of positions, and when you don't need the keyboard, take it off and go, or flip it over and it sits securely on the back while you're on the go. In contrast to Apple, it securely encloses the entire iPad and fits perfectly in the hand. Logitech has a winner, no wonder Apple sells them in store, I'm shocked at how poorly the magic keyboard works.

Pros
  • Front, Back & Corner Protection: The durable, form-fitting case protects the front, back, and corners of your iPad Air, keeping it securely in place no matter what. They do
Cons
  • Not as thick as the other options
