Looks exactly like the picture! It took a little time to assemble as there are many parts but wasn't difficult. This is exactly what we need for a corner in our playroom. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the description says it's wood. No, it's chipboard. We were a bit disappointed with this, but it's strong enough for our needs and just what we wanted for our corner.
