Too small. I read other reviews with the same complaint but thought I had a smaller than average face. So even if I'm wrong about my face size, I know my face isn't too big, which means it's too small. If it were bigger, it would still need a guide down the middle to align it properly. If it had a tongue or something you could use to hold it in place with your teeth that would be a huge improvement.
