These little tins are a pleasure to work with. I've used them several times and no matter what I do, they come out of the bowl perfectly. There was a time when in the rush I forgot to take our pizza stone out of the oven and without thinking I put it right on the stone. After the timer ⏲ started and I looked at my 🥧 cupcakes, I realized what I had done and knew I had burned the bottoms and needed to make them all over again. Well, to my surprise, none of these cakes had a burnt bottom, and they all came out 👌 perfect. After that I ordered another set and used them all on all my favorite cakes.
