Review on 👚 Open Country Plaid Shirt Jacket for Women by Legendary Whitetails by Dustin Lannan

It's nice and warm, but not flattering. The materials are pleasant to the touch, fleece and flannel are soft. I also like colors. This is where the likes end, however. I ordered the medium and I'm glad I didn't order the large (broad shoulders fit, chest 36C), it would have been huge (apart from the length of the sleeves). The body is very square, not fitted at all. I can easily wear it over other layers so that's good. The sleeves are a few inches shorter, ridiculously short. I'm 5'4", so not a tall girl, but I don't wear petite. My pants have a 32" inseam, so I'm a little longer than average because I'm short. Is that what attracts me most disappointed, short sleeves for something that needs to keep you warm?Yes.Also, and this isn't a complaint, just a note, the inside of the sleeves aren't lined with fleece, they're quilted, probably poly-cotton material It's easier to slip your arms into the jacket if you wear a long sleeve shirt underneath My other complaints have already been reflected in the reviews The fleece lining sags in the back because it's too big for the flannel outside It looks cheap and dated , although I haven't even washed it yet. I doubt it will look better after washing, rather worse. Because it's so big it just sticks together in other places when you try to close it move it so it doesn't hang over your back. To put it mildly, annoying. For the money I wouldn't buy it again but kept it because I'm cold and didn't have a lot of warm clothes to wear. If you're short and boxy and don't mind the extra fleece sticking out, go for this. Update 20/20/2019: Still not washed, now there is a hole in one of the pockets. I recently stumbled across a Carhartt sherpa lined flannel jacket and because it was on sale I bought it. The quality of the Carhartt jacket is superior to the Whitetails jacket in every way. It is slightly fitted, much warmer, the sleeves are long enough instead of buttons on the buttons, the pockets are lined so that the hands are still warm. Now I regret not having spent money on this item. Although I love the color!
