I always keep this strap in my purse, especially when I go to conferences. This is a great way to attach a sweater or light jacket to my large bag so I don't accidentally leave it or put it on top of my bag when I'm out. Before I bought this I used to put my sweater on my purse and try to hold it between the shoulder straps and usually drop my sweater. Now this loop keeps everything on board and stable. This item is small, lightweight and easy to store when not in use.
