I used this item to create a fireplace around my 65 inch TV and although it was hard work the 3D wallpaper made it easy. I understand it was made for walls but it should be able to stick to most surfaces but it can be very frustrating if you rip off the sticker on the back and try to put it somewhere without trying to get it out of your fingers and stick it in the wall foam that makes it tough. most of the time to keep it in place as you have to take your hand away to take it off. It sticks to your hands, but after a while after being placed in the right place, it starts to come off from time to time.
